Legal status
Octopus Foundation is a public-benefit, not-for-profit initiative of the Octopus ecosystem, intended to operate as an Australian company limited by guarantee. Registration as a charity with the ACNC is intended but has not occurred: it is not currently a registered charity, is not a deductible gift recipient, and donations are not tax deductible. Nothing on this site should be read as confirmation of charitable registration or tax status.
